Dr. Joshi has presented at New Jersey’s Judicial College and delivered CJE and CLE programs for judges, attorneys, and court staff in the Passaic, Camden, and Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Vicinages. She also provided the first ever mandated session on Diversity and Inclusion for all Passaic County Judges. Using a historical, legal and social science-based perspective the workshops and presentations address issues of institutional bias and help professionals respond effectively to the lived experiences of diverse litigants/clients/employees, and develop self-awareness on issues of bias and privilege.
